Carriers & Free shipping

All the items shipped from RacingZone are shipped via Purolator or Canada Post from the province of Quebec. All orders are shipped within 1 business day and time to delivery is between 1 and 7 business days depending where your live.

We offer free shipping after 50$ CAD and we reserve the right to change it at any moment (does not apply for past orders).

Damaged item

Make sure to look for damages when you receive the package. Note any damage to the packaging and parts and contact us via our contact page as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or a refund.

Returns

For any issue related to your order, contact us first via our contact page so we can find the best solution to your problem. RacingZone agrees to exchange or refund it, within 10 days of the date of delivery, provided that it supports the request with photos showing that the item ordered is not the one ordered or showing the defect.
