Availability of articles

All orders are served from our Internet warehouse; the products we have in stock are normally shipped within 24 hours.

Price

The prices posted on the site http://www.racingzone.ca are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping. The price is payable in full and in one payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars.

Shipping

The shipping costs cover the costs of preparation and packaging, plus postage. They are a flat rate so the price is not based on the shipping address and is set at 13.50$ CAD. Delivery is free for orders over $ 35 CAD before shipping.

Outside Canada?

We currently only ship to Canada addresses. Please contact us via our contact page before completing the checkout process. 

Payment

Orders placed on the site http://www.racingzone.ca must be paid by Paypal. You can pay by credit card via Paypal without having to create an account.

Delivery time

A delay of one day must be allocated to the processing of orders for products in stock at our warehouse, which must be added one to three business days on average for a delivery in Quebec. RacingZone will in no case be held responsible for a delay in delivery attributable to the carrier. RacingZone.ca will not be responsible for any damage you may have suffered due to out of stock.

Merchandise return

The items provided by RacingZone.ca are brand new and guaranteed. Custom orders can't be returned. This includes custom orders, custom colors, parts cut to length or assembled by our team. In the event that an item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, RacingZone agrees to exchange or refund it, within 10 days of the date of delivery, provided that it supports the request with photos showing that the item ordered is not the one ordered or showing the defect. On any return there is a 15$ restocking fee.
